Oozy Slime

We are learning about chemical changes for science this term. First we watched a video on how to make slime, we used a visual recipe to follow each step. When we added the borax and water to the glue we watched the liquid solidify. It was amazing! some of us didn't want to touch the slime and others loved the feeling of the slime oozing through our hands.

Old and New at Motat

Last Friday we went on a trip to Motat to learn about "old and new" things. Our educator, Abby, took us to a room for us to explore lots of different items that were from the olden days. We dressed up in old clothing, we practiced writing with a quill, we played with old toys and different household items from the olden days. After exploring Motat we got to go on the tram, what a fun day we had.
